The site may also receive standard operational information needed for security, reliability, spam prevention, and debugging.

We use submitted information to respond to rental questions, confirm availability, discuss delivery or pickup, and keep basic business records.

We do not sell personal information.

Form submissions are sent to the central RP Marketing Group capture platform for storage and notification. The static website does not run its own customer database or dashboard.

If the capture service is unavailable, the form shows direct phone and email options so you still have a way to reach Iron Gate Machinery.

Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed for business follow-up, legal obligations, or site operations.
